Volunteer
With over 200 volunteers, you know they are THE backbone of SAFE!
Volunteers provide over $500,000 worth of labor at SAFE and for the victims of domestic and sexual abuse. We realize it is a labor of love so whatever your interest, there is a role for you, including:
SAFE's Board of Directors
Guiding the organization and finding the resources to support the individuals who need SAFE programs and services.
Shelter Support
Assisting professional staff at the shelter, and working with women, children and family units.
Office Reception
Serve as the front line for families coming into our office for services, manage the phones and help with mailings and record keeping.
Court Advocacy
Providing support to the victims in the courtroom when cases are heard.
Hospital Advocacy
Supporting survivors when they are getting medical care and testing.
SAFE’s Attic and SAFE Interiors
Sorting donations, pricing items, organizing store displays, and running the register – There’s always plenty to do.
Fundraising Events
Help with one of SAFE’s fun fundraising and friendraising events including Llama Rama or the Gala.
